Stressed? Music Is Therapeutic!
Have you ever noticed how, in a day when I can just please your boss, your kids have made you mad, or you feel like you are spinning the wheels and not getting any of the things you need and feel a fait accompli favorite song, how do you feel? I'm sure you've noticed that really helps calm or perhaps going to excel. Music in many respects, can be therapeutic and healing. And for some reason, if I hear one of my favorite songs on the radio, which raises more than if I pop the CD or listen on my computer. Why? I am not sure, to be honest. Maybe it's because someone else is giving credibility and I can not imagine that other people listening at the same time and enjoy the value. Maybe it's something that we have accumulated all return to the energy carried by this song by music, words, leaving an impression on us, or feel that we speak directly. Not in a Charles Manson Helter Skelter psycho kind of way, but in a positive way, as the writer talked about what is in our minds. The song came to adventure may feel like it was played at a time when we needed it. The seeming randomness not accidental and, possibly, as a gift from the universe. But this favorite artist or song to play, if necessary, is great, too. A former boss told me she liked to blast Bob Seger in his room after a difficult exam. He felt better after and did not need anything like drugs or alcohol to find his sense of well-being. "Starless" by King Crimson, "Strawberry Fields Forever" Beatles or anything Psychotronics work wonders for me. Maybe music is therapeutic reasons is because in a way that certain sounds affect us inside. Maybe you like the sound of a guitar and a solo musical instrument becomes tasty under the skin. Or how about a pace much of the rhythm section, with the sounds of a musical instrument percussion and even an electric bass guitar cheap pounding of your chair and you dance? In many countries the sound of the accordion an instrument of music is what will the people and movement. So next time you feel depressed, stressed, confused or overwhelmed in any way, take your favorite CD or tape and give you some time to listen, breathe and relax. Probably find that your heart rate decreases, we can focus better, and you've only had he not stopped for some time to listen.
